Scott Peterson's girlfriend gives birth April 29, 2004 Amber Frey, the Fresno woman whose affair with Scott Peterson is at the center of the double murder case, has a new son. Attorney Gloria Allred says Frey gave birth to a baby boy Tuesday in Fresno. The 7 pound baby boy, named Justin Dean, is the son of Frey and David Markovich.
