| From: MARY165 May-30, 2003 From KGO - Attorneys said Laci's friends and family cut out the old lock this morning and installed a new one, entering the home through the front gate. When a representative (Matt Dalton) from Scott Peterson's attorney, Mark Geragos' office showed up the accusations went flying. Representative from Peterson defense, speaking to Mark Geragos via phone: "The D.A. has give them permission to break into the Peterson home, so I'd like to know how that works." He then tried to get the Rocha's attorney to talk to Mark Geragos. Representative from Peterson defense, speaking to Rocha Family attorney: "You do not want to talk to Mark?" Representative from Peterson defense, speaking to Mark Geragos via phone: "He does not want to talk to you Mark, we want a police report filed Mark. This is a residential burglary, they have no right to breakinto the house, we don't know what they removed from the house, what they planted in the house." After Geragos' office threatened to file a burglary report, a Modesto police crime lab van pulled up to Sharon Rocha's home and investigators took a box of latex gloves inside. Adam Stewart, Laci Peterson's family attorney: "This gentleman saying Sharon Rocha burglarized her own daughter's home is ridiculous, nothing short of ridiculous." POSTER'S RESPOND From: SHARNOFF May-30, 2003 The other night Greta said that the house is no longer a crime scene. It is ridiculous to think that the Rochas could disturb it, since it's not a crime scene. The police had turned it back over to Scott, and he's not living there, and there is no reason his parents should be able to trample around in it and others not be allowed in. Geragos needs to get off his high horse! Going after Sharon is the worst mistake he could ever make. *********** The attack on the Rocha's is unforgivable!
