| Did EVP Solve The Laci Peterson Case? From: CINDIEC Mar-26, 2003 This what she basically said: January 2003 1) Laci found something in the mail. 2) A fight between Scott and Laci insued and she sprayed him with mace. 3) He got mad and tried to strangle her with a lamp cord. 4) When she went limp and he realized that he tried to kill her, he decided to finish the job by putting her on a tarp, and hitting her several times with a pipe on the head. 5) He realized that it was 4 a.m. and decided he needed to clean up the mess. 6) He wrapped her in the tarp and took her outside 7) He then drove to the Berkeley Marina 8) Laci's body is tethered to the fifth marker buoy off of the Berkeley Marina north, toward the Albany Bulb. Almost exactly in the center of the channel between the marina and the bulb. 9) She stated further the spirits told her "said that the husband killed her with a lug wrench, and that the lug wrench and a bloody shirt are in a separate package from the 'bodies of the women and the male fetus' (their term). The husband cleaned up 'spots' with paint thinner. It was not premeditated, and the husband is being very careful as he is being very much troubled by the situation."
