| ADDRESS RESEARCH - Page 3- Quoted by RTE66 ******************** 2775 Los Alisos Dr- Fallbrook Jackie Peterson - 7/98 Lee Peterson - 2/98 ......... [This is on the main road into this subdivision] It is just a few miles south of the county line with Riverside County, but still in San Diego County.] [The current owners, the Lemmons, don't appear in any deeds of the Petersons'. They seem to have bought it in Sept 1998 from another couple, who also doesn't show up in transactions with the Petersons. Lee and Jackie didn't do any property transactions in 1998, although they did pay off something unrelated. This Fallbrook property may go back to 1991,with the previous owners, but it wouldn't explain Lee and Jackie's use of the address in Feb and July of 1998--unless maybe they leased the house themselves for a while. I thought maybe this had been raw land that they improved and then sold, but I can't determine that from the online summaries.] [Note: Interesting disparity between the Petersons' house and the rest of the neighborhood in 1998] San Diego County Comparables Sep - 1998 2775 Los Alisos Fallbrook 92028 $280,000 Jan - 1998, 2853 Los Alisos, Fallbrook, 92028, $425,000 Feb - 1998, 2954 Los Alisos, Fallbrook, 92028, $410,000 Sep - 1998 2980 Los Alisos, Fallbrook 92028 $400,000 Apr 1997 $196,000 2811 Los Alisos Drive Oct 1997 $525,000 2991 Los Alisos Drive [Several horse farms in the 2400 and 2500 blocks] *********************** 5870 San Elijo - Rancho Santa Fe 5881 San Elijo - Rancho Santa Fe Jackie Peterson - 12/87; 9/90-12/90 Lee Peterson - 12/87 Scott Peterson - 3/94 [There are new owners of the property who are listed there now, but the only transactions I can find for them were in 1985. Perhaps they are lessors and the Petersons still own it?] ******************* 260 Shasta Ave - Morro Bay Jackie Peterson - 7/90-12/91 Lee Peterson - 11/89-1/99 Scott Peterson - 7/94-1/99 **************** [This is south of downtown, in a little 3-block dogleg of Shasta Avenue (a large street), south of Acacia St. It is 1-1/2 blocks from the beach; it is just a few blocks from Morro Bay State Golf Course, where Scott worked for 2 years in approx. 1995-96, and it is also near Bayshore Bluffs Park. The current listed resident is not the owner of record, according to the online SLO Co. property records. The history of the Petersons' ownership of itis also murky. They apparently bought it in 1989 and took out one mortgage; however, there are deeds for two parcels (the property descriptions are not online, so I don't know if the Shasta Ave is two lots or what). However, in 1990, Lee and Jackie had state tax liens filed against them and the mortgage note went into default in 1992. But, in April 1993, the lien was released (meaning they paid it); however, the property, or at least the mortgage, went up for sale later in July, 1993. In December 1993, the trust deed was assigned to new financiers, and in May, 1994, the original lender posted a recission (cancellation) of the default posted earlier. This is the last transaction shown in SLO Co. for Lee and Jackie. I can't tell from this if they still own the property, but it looks like they might. I don't see any transactions in 1999 that would cancel any of this out (noting the dates Lee & Jackie *may* have stopped using this address for themselves.Possibly the current resident is a tenant who leased from them in 1999 and they still own this house. OR, it went back to the lender, who still owns it. We'd have to see the actual documents to sort this out.) Nevertheless, there *is* someone living there currently (as current as online records are).] .........
