It is just 2 blocks from the Miramar Memorial Golf Course.It's almost exactly halfway between I-805 and I-15 on Miramar Rd, just on the north edge of the Miramar Marine Base. It corresponds to a property transaction Lee and Jackie did in 1983 with Miramar Point I Condominium Owners Assn.; however, all I could find for this name is an industrial park, so it may be an industrial condo arrangement.] [Note that the oldest son, Mark A. Peterson, also used this address at one time.] [Note: The year 1983 was the busiest for the Petersons, as far as RE transactions in SD Co. In October-November, they sold 5 different properties. They were also involved in a number of things with relatives, which I will add notes on at the end of this whole thing, except where applicable. Also 1983 was the only year that Jackie's brother James recorded any transactions in SD Co.] [They obviously had this property for quite a while, but there is a current owner or tenant who appears to have been there since at least 1991, corresponding with the last use of this address by the Petersons. It starts at Espola Rd.and dead-ends south of Rostrata Rd. The address is about halfway down, south of Espola Rd. It is one block east of Stoneridge Country Club.Espola Rd makes a large curve south a wayseast of this street and the next major intersection west is at Pomerado Rd, then there is Rancho Bernardo after that.
