Q: At the time you were at this door, did you...were you armed at that time with any type of weapon? A: Yes, I had a little pipe in my hand. Q: Me is indicating about one and one half inch pipe, three feet in length. Where did you pick up that piece of pipe? A:Where's the other picture? There. Well, somewhere along here. There was a bunch of junk right out in here somewhere. Q: Now, you are indicating the east side of the gate opening? A: Yes Q: Would you mark the appropriate spot in here with a figure two? A: It was dark out there. I don't know the exact spot. Q: Just the approximate spot. Now, in other words, you had the pipe in your hands when you were looking in this window? A: I walked up there and laid it down. First I thought I was going to do a little judo, but that might not work. So, I just stood out there and waited, and he come to the door, and I just let him have it.
