November 20, 2002 Scott meets Amber for the first time at a party and spends the night with her. On their second date, he carried her 22-month-old daughter while they went hiking, and later that day, he presented the girl with a children's book. November 28, 2002 Laci & Scott have Thanksgiving Dinner at the home of Jackie & Lee Peterson (Scott's parents) Scott tells Amber he is spending the day in Alaska on a trip with his father, uncle & brother. December 6, 2002 Shawn Sibley hears Scott is married and confronts him, giving him 3 days to tell Amber or she will. He tells her he "lost" his wife and will tell Amber. December 8, 2002 Scott checks tidal charts on internet for San Francisco Bay December 9 & 10, 2003 Scott calls Amber 9 times December 11, 2002 Scott & Amber attend Christmas Party while Laci goes to one alone. December 11-18, 2002 Scott calls Amber 18 times December 31, 2002 Scott is late for Laci's vigil due to a phone call to Amber, when he tells her he is in Paris January 1, 2003 Scott & Amber telephone transcript January 6, 2003 Scott has a 23 minute call with Amber and admits being married after Shawn Sibley confronted Scott. On Jan. 6, 2003, after Frey had already begun cooperating with police and prodding Scott for information, he called her at 11:27 p.m. The two talked for 98 minutes. "Sit down I've got something to tell you." During that conversation, Scott told Frey that he was the married man in the news whose wife had disappeared. Amber pretended to hear the news for the first time. Scott said he'd never lie to her again and that he loved her. Jan. 7, 2003 Amber called him at 4:13 p.m. and they spoke for 100 minutes. Scott again told Frey he loved her and said he wanted to have a family with her.. Jan 20, 2003 A phone call between Scott and Amber, was intercepted January 20 by investigators working the case court documents said. Jan. 25, 2002 One day after Frey went public with the affair, Scott called her at 3:23 p.m. and told her he understood why she'd come forward, the sources told Fox. Scott also repeatedly pressed to see Frey but she refused, telling him it wouldn't be wise because the media was hounding her. She also knew her cell and home phone calls were being intercepted and monitored by police. Jan. 28, 2003 According to the phone records, Scott called Frey again at 7:33 p.m. Jan. 28, saying he loved her and wanted to spend his life with her. |
