| June 30, 2004 SHAWN SIBLEY IS TOLD SCOTT IS MARRIED Called to the stand was Mike Almasri who testified he works with Shawn Sibley. During his exam he stated that in the summer of 2002 he was looking for another job and saw an advertisement for employment at Trade Corp. He answered the ad and eventually met with the person who placed the ad, Scott Peterson. They eventually set an appointment to meet for lunch at Applebee's in Fresno. At the end of the interview, Scott told Almasri that he and his wife recently purchased a home in Modesto, where his business was located. ***************** On December 6, 2002, during a business group conversation where everyone was talking about jobs, the name Scott Peterson came up.
