Thursday, February 26, 2004 PHOTOGRAPHER SUBPOENAED On Wednesday, prosecutors subpoenaed a Modesto Bee photographer to authenticate pictures taken during a Dec. 31, 2002, vigil for Laci Peterson. Bart Ah You was ordered to appear in court Monday to testify that he took the pictures, which were published in the Bee. But the Bee's attorney, Karl Olson, said prosecutors have agreed to wait and see if the defense will accept the authenticity of the photographs, which include at least one of Scott Peterson socializing with attendees at the gathering, without You's testimony.
